Deposits made via Indonesian bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to your dac69 Balance within 60 seconds of confirmed receipt. dac69 does not accept deposits from third parties — the bank account or e-wallet used to deposit must be registered in your own name and must match the details on your dac69 account. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and vary by payment method. dac69 reserves the right to return any deposit that cannot be attributed to a verified account holder.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP) are typically processed within one Indonesian banking business day. All withdrawal requests are subject to a compliance review. dac69 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of submitting a withdrawal request. Players who have claimed bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements in full before any portion of their balance derived from bonus activity becomes eligible for withdrawal. Withdrawals of Real Money funds that have never been wagered may be processed independently of any active bonus, subject to KYC completion.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits offered by dac69 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail for that promotion only.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum bet-per-round restrictions are stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering on games excluded from a promotion does not count toward wagering requirements. dac69 publishes its wagering requirements in full and does not apply hidden restrictions after a bonus has been accepted.
dac69 operates a strict anti-bonus-abuse policy. The following behaviors may result in bonus forfeiture, account suspension, or permanent closure:
Unclaimed bonuses expire as stated in the promotion's specific terms. Bonus Funds remaining in an account after the stated expiry date will be removed automatically. Wagering completed after a bonus has expired does not count toward any associated wagering requirement.
